Routine calls such as appointments, prescriptions refills, and requests for test results should be made during regular office hours so that we will be able to access your records.

Appointments
Please call during regular office hours. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify the office as early as possible so that your appointment can be rescheduled, allowing another patient to be seen.

We appreciate and value your time and will make every effort to see you on schedule. However, because other patients may require unexpected amounts of time, or because of emergency situations, delays may be unavoidable. You may reschedule your appointment at any time. Please be assured that when you are seen you will receive as much time and attention as you require.

Audiology Appointments
Please use the special audiology line (630) 323-5256 to schedule an appointment with an audiologist or for hearing aid information.

Test Results
Please call for results during regular office hours. Also allow 3 to 4 working days for the results from most tests. If your next appointment is soon after the test, we will discuss the results at that time.
